Achievements of our Mentees
Almost 290 Mentoring Pairs have participated in the FTSE 100® Cross-Company Mentoring Executive Programme since 2003, and the women who have been mentored have achieved many significant career successes.
Since the start of the Programme, 69 of our Mentees have joined FTSE company Boards as Executive Directors, and 97 as Non-Executive Directors (NEDs).
