The Non-Executive Directors (NEDs)

The Mentoring Foundation benefits from having the following senior business leaders as members of the Board. They provide advice and guidance, act as a sounding board, and offer a supportive critique as well as providing their independent views and insights.

Monica Burch, Chair
 
Monica was Senior Partner and Chair of the Board of law firm Addleshaw Goddard from 2010 to 2016. She is a Non-Executive Director (NED) and Chair of the Nominations and Governance Committee of the Crown Prosecution Service, and is NED and Chair of the Risk Committee, Talbot Underwriting Limited. She was an NED at Channel 4 from 2010 to 2016; Director of charity Prime from 2012 to 2015, and was appointed a Recorder (Civil) in 2010 (a part-time judicial appointment).
Carolyn Bradley, Non-Executive Director
 
After four years as Commercial Director, Tesco Stores Ltd, Carolyn served as UK Marketing Director between 2008 and 2012. She was subsequently appointed Group Brand Director. A Trustee of The DrinkAware Trust and of Cancer Research UK, Carolyn was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Marston’s plc in September 2014 and a Non-Executive Director of Legal & General Group plc in December 2014.
Andrea Blance, Non-Executive Director
 
After a 29 year career at Legal & General Group plc where she held various Finance leadership roles, was Group Chief Risk Officer and led the strategy and marketing functions, Andrea moved to a portfolio career. She is Senior Independent Director at Provident Financial Group plc and Independent NED at Scottish Widows and Lloyds Banking Group’s Insurance Division.
Justin Moore, Non-Executive Director
 
Justin is a partner of Chartered Accountants Arnold Hill & Co LLP. He joined the firm in January 1994 and was a manager of the audit department between 1997 and 2000. As audit partner, he is responsible for all clients regulated by the Financial Services Authority and other regulatory bodies. His clients include private equity managers, investment managers and hedge funds together with a number of non-domiciled and entrepreneurial clients.
